PhD

Though we're only five in the class of Dr. Cabahug, DEM 613 - Managing Fiscal Affairs, the camaraderie we have will last for a long time. The fun of learning has leveled up!

SCHOOL BREAK

School's over and it's time to take a break. This year, the entire school staff spent a 4-day vacation site seeing and the best of all.... THEME PARK visit!

Enchanted Kingdom... that's where the fun happened. It was good to be a child again even only for a day.

For most of the staff, it was their first time - good thing about it? 'twas a BLAST!

Thanks to Sister Aida, the  RVM sisters, and REX Publishing Co. , my publisher, for making this year's rest and recreation the BEST one.

MULTIPLICITY: DENDRITES EXERCISE

Now am working on chapter 4 of my research paper. I should thank my adviser for casually telling me to use mixed research method as the challenge is staggering. Yet, I like the way it is - plenty, mix, and enriching. Counting all the instruments I used.... I say 8 instruments, 5 groups of respondents .... now THAT is making my dendrites work at max. It's so interesting  going  into the  details of analyzing, interpreting, summarizing, concluding and eventually recommending something out of the study...

My next challenge => presenting my study during final defense in one frame - no more, no less.

we'll see.....

MY CKC COLLEAGUES

I am in the midst of my research work for my M.A. degree in Special Education right now and it is just so amazing to have the kind of colleagues that I now have in CKC - supportive and a source of inspiration. Everyday dynamics with them bring newness to my study and make me a better person each time as well. As they learn from me, I learn MORE from them. And for the RVM sisters? their support is equally enriching.  And the students? their enthusiasm is contagious.
