FSUU - SPED 504 LAST DAY - 10/8/2011
To study psychology of exceptional children is way too taxing for the brain if direct instruction is used. So I used Miniversity Strategy with chunking and graphic organizer techniques to which the students were given free hand on how they present their topics creatively according to their understanding. Mix that with hilarious metaphors and break down of complex theories & research findings to a language familiar to them, then the task becomes easier and most of all.... FUN.
