Lesson 5 is about learning how to set up equation by taking away jacks. You do the process of taking away jacks on one side first because it is being asked for (e.g. 2x - x = ....... or ...... = 3x - 2x). After that, you can

now start applying legal moves (what you do to one side of the equation, you do to the other side). If you need to take away the same value of jacks from both side, this stage is the time. Again, remember to keep doing the taking away until all dices are on one side and all jacks on the other.
